This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics, and makes no requests outside its own domain: fonts, images and code are all served from here. The only personal data we process is what you type into the request form.

What data we process
From the mission request form: company name, contact email, a description of the component and, if you fill them in, format, component type, maturity, tests already passed, mass, power, preferred launch window, whether the component contains ITAR- or EAR-controlled content, and the sizing calculator summary if you attach it. Also the language you wrote in, so we can reply in it.
Technical data from the request: the date, the browser (the identifier it sends, trimmed to 200 characters) and a fingerprint of your IP address. The IP is not stored: it is combined with a secret value specific to this server and reduced to a SHA-256 digest that cannot be turned back into the address. It is used to limit repeated submissions and curb abuse of the form.
Purpose and legal basis
To assess whether your component fits the platform, reply to you and send you an acknowledgement with your request reference. The legal basis is taking the pre-contractual steps you ask for by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The IP fingerprint and the submission limit are based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not take automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or pass on data. The server hosting provider ([PENDING]) and the email provider that delivers the acknowledgement ([PENDING]) act as processors. If either processes data outside the European Economic Area, this page will state it together with the safeguard that covers it: [PENDING].
How long
For as long as the conversation about your mission lasts and, if no commercial relationship follows, [PENDING] months from the last contact. If we sign, the data is then governed by the contract and the applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to apolloorbitals@gmail.com, quoting your request reference if you have one. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and statistics
No cookies. This site sets no cookies, does not use local storage to track you, and loads no third-party analytics, pixels or fonts.
The only thing we measure is how many times each page is viewed per day: one counter per page and date on our own server. Your IP, your browser and any identifier are not stored, so it is impossible to know who viewed what or to follow anyone from one page to another. Visits from robots and browser prefetches are not counted.
